Change in Plans Regarding Thursday's Activities

Okay, in light that the time slot given is from 4.30-6.30pm, and that some of you do not wish to stay till so late in the evening, I have drastically changed Thursday's schedule to this:
4.30pm SHARP: The special activity still goes on.
4.45pm - 5.00pm: Get to know juniors (Say Hi)
5.00pm - 6.00pm: Frisbee (If it rains we'll be playing indoor games or watching a movie)
6.00pm - 6.30pm: Food session (involving snacks, drinks, pizzas, ice cream floats and milo godzillas)
6.00pm onwards: Movie Session (for those interested)
